How to put on a halter. How to catch a horse. What to look for when hiring a riding teacher. How to brush a horse. How to select a horse to buy. etc.... Even if someone has already posted a topic, chances are you have an interesting or unique perspective on it that will be of interest to others! If you ever get frustrated at the "stupid stuff" that new horse owners do, this is one way to proactively deal with it in a positive way! Post about how to do it right! No, this site won't "save the world" but it is likely to become a popular resource and will help *some* horses to have a better life and *some* horse owners to enjoy a happier horse owning experience. Think about the new horse owners you've seen who eventually gave up, because of the things they didn't know. Wouldn't it be nice, if when you see someone like that, you could just tell them, "Hey, I bet you would enjoy reading HorsemansLibrary.com." You're not a writer? You don't have to be! Make video clips and post those. Take pictures of right vs. wrong and post those. We also have professional editors who have volunteered to help you if needed. We also have people who have volunteered to help with photo editing and so on. You don't have to make your articles big and impressive, (unless you want to), because short and sweet is better anyhow! What if you're shy? That's OK, you can keep your identity private. For those of us who like opportunities to promote our farms, businesses and horses, we can create profiles that appear with the content we submit. Want to earn a little extra pocket change? I also have a way for you to do that with your content, after your Author account is approved!
